Security Deposit – Clear & Fair
To help us maintain the quality and serenity of Souljoy Sanctuary for all our guests, we require a security deposit of €750 per stay.
This deposit covers any potential damage, loss, or exceptional cleaning costs. After your stay, the property is carefully inspected. If everything is in good order, your full deposit will be refunded within 5 working days.
How does it work?
✔ The deposit is paid in advance, together with the remaining rental amount
✔ After check-out, we carry out a thorough inspection
✔ If everything is left in good condition, the full amount is refunded promptly
✔ If there are any issues, we’ll contact you first before making any deductions

What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 10:00 (midweek/week) or 17:00 (weekend)
This gives you enough time to ease into your departure — no rushed mornings here.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive:

A practical info email closer to your stay, with access codes, tips, and final reminders

A warm thank-you email after your visit — because your presence truly matters to us
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a €750 security deposit is required and refunded within 5 working days after your stay, if everything is in good order. We’re transparent and always contact you first if something comes up.
Can I ask for extra services (chef, massage, yoga...)?
Absolutely — we offer a range of on-request experiences, including:

Weekend Stay – With Optional Monday Morning Check-Out
Our standard weekend rental runs from Friday 16:00 to Sunday 17:00.
This allows you to enjoy a full, spacious weekend without the usual stress of an early departure — you can still enjoy a slow Sunday lunch, a final dip in the hot tub, or a closing circle by the fire.
💛 As a bonus, and only when possible, we offer the option to extend your check-out until Monday 10:00 —
so you can ease into your week instead of rushing out the door.

Whether you leave Sunday evening or Monday morning, we want your departure to feel as gentle and grounded as your arrival.
