Conduct &amp; Use of the Property<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"2998\">Guests must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3614\">\n<li data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3060\">\n<p data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3060\">Respect the house, garden, furnishings, and surroundings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3124\">\n<p data-start=\"3063\" data-end=\"3124\">Not smoke or use candles (except tealights in safe holders)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3125\" data-end=\"3195\">\n<p data-start=\"3127\" data-end=\"3195\">Not fry, grill, use raclette\/fondue inside, or rearrange furniture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3262\">\n<p data-start=\"3198\" data-end=\"3262\">Not host parties or events unless explicitly agreed in writing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3263\" data-end=\"3339\">\n<p data-start=\"3265\" data-end=\"3339\">Supervise children, especially near stairs, the pool, and wellness areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3340\" data-end=\"3417\">\n<p data-start=\"3342\" data-end=\"3417\">Comply with all house rules (shared separately and part of the agreement)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3418\" data-end=\"3521\">\n<p data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3521\">Keep noise to a minimum \u2013 disturbances can lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3522\" data-end=\"3614\">\n<p data-start=\"3524\" data-end=\"3614\">Use the property for private purposes only (commercial use = only with written permission)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3616\" data-end=\"3679\"><strong data-start=\"3616\" data-end=\"3640\">Pets are not allowed<\/strong> unless explicitly approved in writing.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3681\" data-end=\"3684\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3686\" data-end=\"3711\">3.3.
